-A common jewelers polishing cloth is the best way to bring back the shine in your pieces and for tight spaces you can use mild soap diluted in warm water and scrub with a soft bristle tooth brush. Store your jewelry in dry, airtight containers out of sunlight to best prevent tarnishing.

What if I see a piece online that is not available?

How do I order a custom piece?

-All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable payment of the total cost to start production.

What is your free shipping policy?

-All orders over $100 and are shipping to the lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) receive free shipping.

What is your return policy?

-All returns are subject to a 20% re-polish & re-stock free. (If your purchase is $100, your refund will be $80)

-Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

-No returns on custom orders.

-Customer must pay for return shipping w/ shipping insurance

-All customers agree to return policy upon placing orders online.
